True Orthodox Church - Moscow Metropolia (Alexy)
The bishops of the True Orthodox Church - Moscow Metropolia (CPI-MM), currently headed by Alexy, Archbishop of Minneapolis and Chicago, were originally ordained by the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church (UAOC) in 1996 by "Patriarch of Kiev" Dimitriy. But the UAOC was outside the Church at this time because of its communion with World Orthodoxy. Calling themselves at that time the Russian True Orthodox Church, their first bishops were John (Modzalevsky) and Stefan (Linitsky). They were later headed by Metropolitan Vyacheslav (Lisovoy) and started calling themselves the True Orthodox Church - Moscow Metropolia.
